When I first moved back to Tulsa, I felt lost.
I felt like I was on a vacation that wouldn't end.
I wanted to go home to the mountains and I couldn't figure out how to make myself feel like myself again.
It took time but here's a trick I learned that really helped me along the way...
Whenever I felt too scattered and too lost, I would tap on my chest.
While tapping, I would say out loud "Here I am. Here I am. Come back to me."
Guiding my energy back to me, in the present, where I actually was, instead of in the past.
