Chakras are swirling energy centers within our body, and when they are blocked, or too open, we can feel imbalanced.

When I talk about chakras, I start at the bottom. Because you have to have a strong and stable foundation to build anything on, and that includes your energy.
Your ROOT chakra is your first chakra. Your base. It’s located at the base of the spine and is responsible for our foundation and sense of survival, feeling of being grounded and connection to the Earth energy.
If you feel angry, flighty, helpless, or anxious, you may need to give your Root Chakra some love.

Ways to balance your Root Chakra:

✻Essential oils such as Palo Santo, Frankincense, or Patchouli
✻Standing in the grass with bare feet

✻Meditation
✻Affirmations like “I am safe” and “I am secure”
