All about Rose Quartz

WHAT IS ROSE QUARTZ?
Rose Quartz is the pink version of the most common mineral. It ranges in color from very pale, almost white, to medium-dark. It gets it's color from microscopic inclusions of silicate mineral fibers. Rose Quartz is sourced in Madagascar, India, Sri Lanka, Russia, and in the state of Maine, but the finest specimens are mined in Brazil.

HEALING PROPERTIES OF ROSE QUARTZ
Rose Quartz has a calming and reassuring presence that brings deep inner healing. It aids in the acceptance of change and makes you receptive to the beauty around you. Rose Quartz is known as the stone of universal love because it's not just about love for others but also love for yourself. This stone brings healing to the heart chakra and enhances your compassion, kindness, and empathy.
Additionally, when you want to connect more deeply to your divine feminine energy, wear Rose Quartz.

CLEANSING YOUR ROSE QUARTZ
Rose Quartz can be cleansed using water, smudging, salt baths, other crystals such as Clear Quartz or Selenite, and moonlight. If cleansing your Rose Quartz jewelry, avoid water, not because of damaging the stones but to make sure the stretch materials will last as long as possible!

PRACTICAL USES OF ROSE QUARTZ
One of my absolute favorite ways to use Rose Quartz around the home, is to place a piece under the bed at each corner so that you sleep surrounded by love each night.

You can also place Rose Quartz anywhere around your home where you want to radiate a little more love and positivity.

Incorporate Rose Quartz into your beauty routine by making a Gem Elixir.
